I'm not much a Windows or PHP person, but I'd think that phpinfo()
would offer some clues, at least in the names of the libraries used
to compile a given version.

For example, the one I built on my 64-bit SuSE box has lines like:

GTK_PATH64  /usr/local/lib64/gtk-2.0:/opt/gnome/lib64/gtk-2.0:/usr/lib64/gtk-2.0
PKG_CONFIG_PATH
/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig:/usr/lib64/pkgconfig:/opt/kde3/lib64/pkgconfig:...

:: and so on...
