A friend has a PayPal standard account and is trying to accept political donations for a city measure. Law requires gathering a few custom fields like employer, occupation, etc., if over some amount. I can't see that it's possible with PayPal to add custom fields other than a simple note[1]. And nothing with logic to change the requirements based on the amount. Is anyone aware of how to do that with Paypal or another similar service. This person needs to do off-site donations since they do not have the SSL cert or programming skill to do it in-house.
