[thelist] HTML editors for Windows

I guess Aptana is part of Eclipse?  A plug-in, as it were?  I'm still
using it.  It works.  Thanks for all the suggestions... it blew my mind
cause last time I checked it was "home site" everyone was using... been a
while...
