[thelist] DreamWeaver content locking

DreamWeaver allows areas of content to be "locked" against change
by Contribute users, using inserted comments.

Unfortunately, it's been forever since I needed to deal with this and I
can't find my old example of what they look like, nor can I find anything
useful online.

Anyone using DW who can provide the format?
