Craigslist is not free to post jobs on in all cities, but I think it only
costs about $25 if you do have to pay.

Chris,    as a PHP/MySQL developer working from home for about 3 years, when
there is less work .. i'm always browsing for job opportunities into
http://craigslist.org ,  it's free and always you'll find good match there.
