Ahh, I missed that part.  My apologies.

But, the same concept still exists;  Regardless of the profile fields, 
once you bill the card, they must get the 'goods' at that time.  So, if 
you are willing to let users in with an incomplete profile, then yes you 
can bill right then and there and let them in, but prompt to complete 
the profile before continuing or something of that sorts..
