Here is another question my client has to figure out though. We offer three
months free, so when does that begin?
Ugh, I vote for filling in all the required fields from the get go, they can
be edited at any time!

Exactly, so you send an email confirmation of joining Resumes'R'Us (or
whatever) and noting that the resume won't be publicly viewable until all
required fields are completed.
