[thelist] OpenSource Project Programmer in West Asia

Hi there,

we have a (statistical and geospatial) data portal, which allows for  
the display and a couple of advanced visualization and analysis  
functionalities via maps, graphs and tables. This portal is based on  
PHP, Postgres, Minnesota mapserver, JpGraph. And the development of  
the code hasn't been done by a professional programmer.

Now, we're thinking about turning this project into a more open source  
project, enabling thus interested organizations to help improving the  
tool and installing it for theirs needs.

An organization in West Asia is interested in applying it for regional  
needs. They would have the money, but not the capacities to deal with  
such a conversion. However, the money has to stay in the region.

Does anybody know a company in Bahrain or in the United Arab Emirates  
who would be capable of doing this?
