[thelist] (take 2) Displaying a url's content with just a link

Cheers guys, It seems a IFRAME would work but unfortunately I am not 
allowed to use it, I am trying to re do an advert I had on eBay my 
previous advert was basically my index.html page with the java script 
etc however every time I updated the site I had to up update the advert 
aswell, ebay are quite restrictive with what html they allow.
