[thelist] Moving Menu Items

One thing I forgot to mention - when the user clicks on the top portion of the menu (HR IT Sales Operations) the page doesn't change - it only changes when they click on the bottom portion of the menu.

Hi - My boss wants me to create a menu, on a web page, where the item clicked on jumps to the top of the menu stack - and then the associates sub links show below.

Example

HR
IT
Sales
Operations
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(Blank here)

If the user clicks on Sales then the menu reads

Sales
HR
IT
Operations
~~~~~~~~~~~~
Sales Goals
Sales Quotas
Sale of the Day

Any ideas on what can do this?
