Yup that would work. However, not to intentionally negate your final
statement, what happens if they have javascript disabled? I'm sure you've
considered it!

I had an idea--I could have the form send them to the third party
site, but before I let it submit, I could Ajax the data back to the
server. I think that might work nicely.
