[thelist] Virtuemart / multiple quantity discounts

Virtuemart does not come with a 'smart' graduated multiple quantity 
discount module.  I describe this as:

qty 1-9 - regular price
qty 10-24 - 10% off per item
qty 25-50 - 20% off per item
etc...

There is a function called attributes which can be used to set a 
discount on specific quantities like:

buy 10 and get 10% off
buy 25 and get 20% off
etc...

Has anyone heard of or seen a custom module designed for VM that will 
accomplish this?  Judging from what I have seen in the code, developing 
this from scratch could be a part-time job in hours.
