I second Hassan's suggestion. Simple to use, almost no learning curve. That
said, however, their tech support sometimes gives you conflicting
information if you have a question!

I know Authorize.net (and presumably most such services) offer a recurring
billing option where you only store a token representing a customer's
account rather than storing the CC yourself, and they handle the "recurring"
part. Much safer all the way around :-)
