[thelist] suggestions for PayPal IPN scripts?

anyone have recommendations for a more or less ready-to-use PayPal IPN
tool? I've got access to PHP/MySQL and ASP/MSSQL. at the moment, more
interested in getting this working than getting my head around the
process (which is to automate an email to the subscriber immediately
after they pay.)
