O.K.

Not so sure its simple. If you use the faux col technique and you are 
handy at Photoshop you may be able to do it with one wrapper and one 
image. Either way, work best it out on a separate sheet, then transfer 
that to your site when all issues are worked out and resolved. Go slow. 
Take your time. All will be well...
