[thelist] CF: Dumping all routines?

I've got a debugging issue where a third party app that I'm  
integrating with one of mine uses a routine of the same name. Both  
apps are thousands of lines of code across hundreds of page, each, I'm  
sure. When CF barfs out the error it's kind enough to tell me that the  
issue is that "Routines cannot be declared more than once.", but it  
chokes on which line document or line. It just doesn't know.

Is there some way to dump out a list of all routines by name, and  
perhaps what page they are on?
