that whole fear/comfort factor is huge. I mean, make the tool work
correctly, but that's just basic. keep people from having any excuse for
fear. big point of online shopping is instant gratification, or the
appearance thereof. make folks wait for confirmation or whatnot, and they'll
remember the nervous wait long after they forget the well-designed logo and
clever pitch on the home page.
