so 3 strong possibilities (all without having looked in too much detail or inside knowledge):

1) www.ibm.com/software/data/content-management/
2) www.ibm.com/software/lotus/products/webcontentmanagement
3) Something more custom built on Websphere Portal Server

But given the social/collaboration/communities nature of the site, I'd guess a Lotus-driven solution is *very* likely.
