No different to anyone else, Bob.
And actually, in a corp environment, most billable people are kept doing billable work (ie the value-adding stuff), rather than anything that takes them away from it. In most prof services orgs, %age of billable time is a key personal metric that you're assessed against in yearly appraisals - failing to meet targets can be a major failing.
