Hi

I'm looking into hosting for a town council website.

Security is obviously important but a typical uptime spec will suffice.

I'm told the current website isn't inundated with visitors so bandwidth and
processor performance are not critical at the moment.

Shared hosting is serving me pretty well at the moment but I'm wondering
about moving to VPS which in effect is shared.

Apart from the flexibility are there any real advantages with VPS?
