This may not work for your situation but if you run with a CMS like Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress there may be extensions available to incorporate.

Joomla for sure includes extensions for a Wiki, several Forums, several Blogs (including Wordpress) and a social component.  Some are FREE, some licensed, not much money for what you get.
