Look around, somewhere in the in the "Transfers" or "Deposits" section 
of your ING Direct account should be a "Payroll Deposit" form, a 
downloadable PDF that one would normally give to one's employer's HR 
department to authorize them to setup direct deposit for your paycheck.

The one I just downloaded from my Sharebuilder account (also a type of 
ING Direct account) comes pre-printed with all the necessary bank 
routing and account numbers, all of my, and ING's address and phone 
particulars, and looks very much to me like "a letter that verifies that 
the account accepts ACH deposits" :-)
