Hey peeps.

A request has come through steering for the removal of the donation bar from
weo. Jeff, are you able to action this? Or if you're snowed under who else
can we give it to?

As a heads up it looks like there will be a request at some point to re-use
the space to push our cafepress stuff, so probably worth some sort of
commenting out instead of full scale deletia.

As has been approved both on finance and marketing, the donation bar needs
to be removed as is, since it's honestly not reflecting, neither the cash we
have nor the cash we need.

Tara or Garrett, can you please take the decision to desdev and see that it
is done.
