[Javascript] Netscape 4.x DIV problems.

I had a similar problem recently with a menu. I was trying to make a 
hierarchal menu static,with rollover effects on the buttons. It would work 
fine in IE, but only be static in NN. Once I placed the rollover function 
scripts and hierarchal script call in the div tags, it did what I wanted, in 
IE and NN.
