[Javascript] problem of only one radio button

OK, but I was suggesting using checkbox when there was just one item!
So we must have had some difference of viewpoint on this.
Personally I am not in the habit of setting up arrays of checkboxes or text
fields.
I understand that support for such arrays is not uniform.
