No, there's no certification. No doubt you'll run into a course saying that 
following it gives you the title of "Certified JavaScript Programmer" or 
some such thing, but it doesn't really mean anything. In general I distrust 
courses that hand out titles like this.

Write lots of scripts, ask the list for help and train yourself, that's the 
best advice I can give you.
