[Javascript] frameset target from dropdown list ?

I have a frameset that has two frames LEFT frame and  RIGHT  frame, in the 
left frame I have a dropdown list, I want when I chose from the dropdown 
list ( for example "question one") the right frame show a page called 
question1.html,
