Pardon me if I am not sticking to the general topic of the list, but I
figure that this community will know the answer.
 
Our framesets are not functioning in Netscape 6.  (Never mind our JavaScript
code for the moment.)  They function fine in IE and other versions of
Netscape.

What is the problem here?  It must not be too complicated.
