<RANT ATTITUDE="DUH">Sure would be nice if the people who make MICROSOFT
Internet Explorer for mac -- the same company, I believe, that makes IE for
windows -- could use the same DOM. How hard would that be?</RANT>

|andrew,
|I was half kidding. I find the site fun etc. But in all seriousness
|at least it works on the mac and pc in NN and IE.
|I know most people write off netscape but I hate it when they
|write off Macs.
|Take this:
|besides not working on netscape on the mac or pc, on the mac in IE5
|it is basically non-working; all the text and pricing after you drag
|an item is completely scrambled.
|I haven't looked at your code but have tried a few drag layers and
|know the difficulty involved. (btw the dynamic duo apis are not very
|impressive on the mac either).
|I am also usually vocal about my dislike of MM's javascript but a
|drag layer that works cross platform and on both browsers deserves a
|'hats off'
|After all of that I think your idea is really cool and it works like
|a charm on my PC with IE 5.5
