[Javascript] regular expessions question

Can anyone tell me how I can test to see if a string contants only all or
some of these characters  

sValidChars =
"@{}[]0123456789ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZabcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz.,- ";
