Subject: [Javascript] OT: HTML Question

Dear all,
Sorry for sending OT question. I have a complete phone number in the form of
+62-21-5671207 then I put it between <td> tags as follows:

<table>
<tr><td>Phone:</td><td>+62-21-5671207</td></tr>
</table>

But when I view it on the browser, I found that it rendered to:

Phone: 21-5671207

What happened to the 'country code' section? Does "+62-" mean something for
a browser?
FYI, I used MSIE browser version 5.00.2919.6307
Thanks in advance.
