    I wouldn't exactly call it name-calling... and I think, however unusual, that the HTML is part of the design (there are two links on the bottom).

  Lets not drop into name calling. There are many people and companies who don't follow standards. Have you never exceeded the speed limit while driving? Does Internet Explorer comply completely with the W3C standards? No. Is Microsoft broke? Not by a long shot. But IE 5 must be broke because when I go to http://www.webtuitive.com I see a bunch of source HTML and no links.
