[Javascript] Good Javascript book

I've heard people on this list say that Danny Goodman's _Javascript
Bible_ is excellent.
For my part, I got my feet wet with "Designing With JavaScript", an
O'Reilly book by Nick Heinle. It's a few years old -- so it may be cheap if
you can find it -- but still contains some useful stuff (e.g. a good bit of
NS4/IE4 DHTML); one of the best parts about it is the "common man" approach
that lets you learn by trying instead of going through a bunch of theory
first.
The Goodman book is probably your best bet.
