[Javascript] Document.referer problem with Opera

Hello!

Have any of you worked with opera browser?

When I used it, I found that it is not returning the value for
document.referer which is needed to find from where a visitor
comes in to our site. 

While IE and Netscape are returning the values, Opera returns only null.

Is it a bug or any setting has to be done?
