[Javascript] How can i develop an incremental and decremental button ?

Dear All,
 I'm developing a web site in which i'd like to design and develop an
incremental and decremental button some thing like what we saw in high level
lanuages
such that when the user clicks on the incremental button the value inside
the text box increments by 1, and vice versa sub to the decremental button.

I've no idea in the current moment to how can i design and develop such
small task.

Any help will be appreciated.
