I have no idea what the "HTML 4.0 Sourcebook" is. I've always
used the W3C docs as a reference -- the "horse's mouth", etc.
And I generally double-check there before venturing an opinion
online, since my memory -- well, I prefer to check. :-)

As a standards advocate, I can only say -- no, no, dude, that's just
going too far! Not a recipe for a good night's sleep, I'd think :-)
