[Javascript] (OT) IE support for input type="image"

I can't see the real reason why a submit button would have a value tied to
it. A button is just supposed to be a way of triggering an event - at least
from what I've ever been able to gather.

hmm..in my case Firefox work for me. Only IE doesn't. Weird. So maybe IE
really don't support it.
