[Javascript] ADMIN: Please Refrain from Off Topic Posts to JavaScript List

Please folks, let's keep discussions on-topic.

Since folk on this list are very generous with their knowledge, talents and 
time when it comes to JavaScript questions, I know it is tempting for some 
to ask other Web development questions, but I have to give the reminder 
that this is a JavaScript list.

If you have Style Sheet questions, or XML questions, there are other 
excellent lists out there for that. If I allow CSS, and other, off-topic 
threads to run unabated, this JavaScript list will eventually be 
overwhelmed with off-topic posts and this will ruin its effectiveness for 
those looking for JavaScript help and discussions.
