[Javascript] I want to write to a file using JavaScript

I am perfectly fine with my Javascript code accessing the local file system.
But i am unable to disable that warning message.
Can you please tell me how can i do this?
Also my code is going to be executed only in IE so there is no problem at all
of a different kind of the browser.
