Alternately - download the IE Developer Toolbar

Click "Disable" and then "Script"

Firefox has a similar toolbar available as well.

Internet Explorer:
- Tools
- Internet Options

- Custom Levels
- Scripting
- Active scripting
- select: Disable

Mozilla Firefox:
- Tools
- Options
