[Javascript] How to get the width, length of File Upload

Hi , 
I want to check the width and bredth of a image which user has uploaded
using the <input type='file' name='photo' /> in a Form. 

When I use the javascript's  Image(), I  could read the width and bredth
of the file. But  this works only in IE 6. I want to know the equivalent
ways in Mozilla and IE7 ?
