I am a former secretary of evolt.org
i resigned mid august this year.
as a secretary i was preparing a "secretary" web for us to use to look up
factual data ... until that would be published somewhere on evolt.org
domain.

but i finished my position before i finished the web.
so there ...

but then again ... the only thing that isn't quite accurate is the bylaws
... there are few minor changes ... and they can be found in the minutes of
the annual meeting.
