But there's still going to be noise and perverse decisions,
because of human nature - one person will not be able
to have all the experience and wisdom to be able to know
what is the best thing to do in all possible circumstances.

More people = higher probability that the experience of
the given circumstance will be available.

Plus also, human beings have human nature and are
susceptible to ego.

It's the same reason why you shouldn't trust the
leadership of a world religion to one person with total
authority, and why monarchy isn't really much better
than despotism.
