used this .. unless I hear otherwise :)

Only other outstanding question was wrt images .. and I'm guessing that'll
"always" be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Was there something to add wrt emdash, endash, etc. ?  I'm sure Rudy and
Adrian will have comments too.
