Change "how should evolt.org be structured" to "how evolt.org should be 
structured"  :)

I suggest changing the last line to: "If you're passionate about evolt.org, 
join now" (hyperlink "join now" to list subscription page).

The "shape evolt's future" bit was repetitive, which is why I thought it 
could be rewritten.
