Famous newspaper article (NYT?) when an alleged letter to the editor from a
girl name Virgina asked if Santa Claus was real. Headline was "Yes, Virgina,
there really is a Santa Clause" (more or less) and it's become a murricanism
(what about Europe?) for "indeed, it really exists in spite of your
questioning."
