too nebulous, IMO...

if this article gets printed for use in the john, and the next guy who
wanders into the handicapped stall (it's got a "magazine rack,"
after all) sees it, i don't want him to see that, i want him to see a
good article with a good, factual description of what we are...

the footer is there to, IMO, remind people who have seen the home
page, or other sections of the site, what our overall mission is... the
blurb is to factually describe us...
