I'm not on the admin list, so I wouldn't know about that.
This is more of  a policy request anyway.

I realize that now, and certainly will. In the past - I think it was the
February one - there had been plenty of discussion on the site to make me
aware of the article. I guess it just routine, now.

However - I don't think it's too much to ask that in the future, whomever is
pulling that article together send a three-line note to the *public* lists
reminding that the deadline is drawing nigh.
