Absolutely - mutual benefit is the name of the game.

I'd hope to negotiate something better than that, but yes, I take the
point.
What's right for evolt is more important than our own feelings - in
either direction.

Yes. We have control here. I say we negotiate hard to get the best
deal we can get for evolt, and if that's not good enough at the end of
the day, we say "Thanks for your time, but sorry". They'll be approaching
it in the same way from their side.

That's what negotiation is about.
