Sort of... the basic preimse behind it is the same, but some of the other
details are different - my thoughts were that admin would be seperate from
the leaders, thus the leaders would be responsible to admin - not to say
that people couldn't be both, but that they wouldn't have to be. This way if
you have a talented coder who has experience as a project leader, for
example, who wants to lead the coding team, but doesn't feel s/he has the
time for admin as well, they could still take on that responsibility.

Also, this would mean that people don't have to work on something to help
out with Admin. Once again, maybe someone has the time to devote to admin
but not other stuff, but they really want to help still.

But, yes, there is a definite correlation between the ideas. Maybe the basic
preimse from both should be kept and then this group can slowly flesh out
the details whichever way they want it to go?
